2026 Men's Member-Guest (Save the Date)
Dear St. Johns Members,
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming registration for the 2026 Men’s Member Guest event, which promises to be an exciting and memorable occasion celebrating the club's 25 years of existence.
We appreciate the overwhelming support shown over the past few years, which has led to a waitlist and highlighted the strong demand for this event. The Membership’s enthusiasm truly showcased the spirit of our Club. However, we recognize that the increased demand also brought forth unexpected challenges. We have listened to your feedback and are committed to enhancing your event experience.
Registration Process:
Open Registration Period: Registration will span seven days, from July 15th at 9AM to July 22nd at 5PM, allowing ample time for registration.
Equal Opportunity: The timing of your registration during this period will not influence your chances in the lottery drawing, this simply allows us to know who will be apart of the drawing process.
Lottery Drawing: Upon registration, your entry will automatically qualify for a lottery drawing scheduled for Tuesday, July 28th at 6PM in the banquet room. All registrants will be drawn to determine the Tournament field which is limited to 120 participants and applicable wait list thereafter.
Flexibility: Attending the drawing is encouraged but optional. All teams will be selected regardless.
Our primary goal in implementing these changes is to ensure transparency and fairness throughout the registration process. We want to provide an equal opportunity for all members to participate in this eagerly anticipated event.
We would like to emphasize that these changes pertain solely to the registration process. The event schedule remains unchanged, and we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience that lives up to your expectations.
The entry fee for this year’s Member Guest will be $1,150 per team.

Thursday, September 24th
- 10:00 a.m. - Registration in the Main Foyer
- 12:00 p.m. - Practice Round Tournament (Shotgun Start)
- 5:30 p.m. - Cocktail Party
- 6:30 p.m. - Participants Dinner
Friday, September 25th
- 6:30 a.m. - Breakfast served in the Banquet Room
- 7:00 a.m. - Late Registration
- 8:00 a.m. - First Round Matches Begin (Shotgun Start)
- 11:00 a.m. - Second Round Matches Begin (Shotgun Start)
- 12:00 p.m. - Lunch will be served on course
- 2:00 p.m. - Third Round Matches Begin (Shotgun Start)
- 4:30 p.m. - Cocktail Hour & Dinner
Saturday, September 26th
- 6:30 a.m. - Breakfast served in the Banquet Room
- 8:00 a.m. - Fourth Round Matches Begin (Shotgun Start)
- 11:00 a.m. - Final Round Matches Begin (Shotgun Start)
- 1:00 p.m. - Scoring and Lunch following play
- 2:30 p.m. - Tournament Shoot-Out
- 5:00 p.m. - Dinner and awards ceremony (Spouses encouraged to attend)
